Todd Guckenberger recently assumed the role of Back2Back Executive Director. Prior to serving as Executive Director, Todd and his wife Beth served with Back2Back for more than ten years in Monterrey, Mexico. Todd and his wife, Beth, now split their time between the various Back2Back ministry sites in Mexico, Nigeria, India and the US, allowing them to have oversight of the direction of the organization, while still maintaining an active leadership role at the Mexico campus in Monterrey.
Todd's passion is that everything Back2Back does ultimately contributes to Back2Back's vision of providing care for today and hope for tomorrow to orphans. Todd is driven to help lead Back2Back to be best in class at providing orphan care. His goal is not that Back2Back would be the biggest orphan care ministry, but rather that we would be the most intentional at meeting the heartfelt needs of each child, by providing them practical care for tangible needs, while also instilling in them hope for a better future through education, spiritual development and life skills training.
